Liability for Content
As the service provider of the vipi.education platform, we take responsibility for the content that we directly produce and publish on this site, following the universally accepted internet regulations and principles. However, we are not obligated to supervise or verify the third-party information transmitted or stored on our platform, nor are we required to seek evidence indicating illegal activities.
We do retain the right to remove or block the use of information that violates accepted regulations or ethical standards. Yet, such liability only arises when we become aware of a specific infringement. Should any violation be reported or detected, the infringing content will be immediately removed.
Liability for Links
Our platform includes links to external third-party websites, over which we have no control. Therefore, we cannot assume any responsibility for their content. The provider or operator of the linked sites is always responsible for the content on their pages. At the time of linking, these pages were reviewed for possible legal violations, and no illegal content was apparent.
However, we cannot reasonably be expected to perform ongoing content checks on the linked sites without specific indications of a legal violation. Upon notification of infringements, we will immediately remove such links.
